Turning machining up to Ø 600 mm.
The machining center DS450/130C is designed for the machining of parts up to a diameter of 600 mm.
Like all Trevisan machining centers, the DS450/130C is equipped with a turning head that allows to perform turning operations when the piece is still.
This device turns out, however, to be even more versatile as it is equipped with 2 tool-clamps in its carriage, so as to allow a single tool to be moved from the first to the second tool-clamp and thus perform a wider range of turning diameters.
The turning device allows execution of spherical, conical, cylindrical turning, and threading operations always using ideal cutting parameters due to the ability to work with constant cutting speed.
In the spindle head, a milling/drilling spindle works to expand the potential of this model, combining the turning operations performed by the facing head with the conventional ones carried out by a spindle of 22 Kw of power with speed up to 3,000 RPM.
This spindle is used to perform all milling, drilling, and tapping operations and can be equipped with angle heads or other accessories.
Constructed in rigid steel, stress-relieved weldment engineered to maximize rigidity while allowing open areas for efficient chip and coolant flow away from the working area.
The 700 x 700 mm, indexable rotary table has 360,000 continuous divisions and programmable bi-directional rotation utilizing a brushless servo motor. The table has pallet positioning control and a built-in pallet centering pin and clamping system, with a maximum capacity of 1,500 kg.
The machining center is equipped with a 2-position pallet changer to allow the loading and unloading of parts while continuing machining.
The pallet changer can be enlarged to 3 positions or be served by a multi-pallet system.
The tool changer magazine is offered in the standard version with 46 tool positions that can be expanded to 99 and 162 positions.
It can be equipped with an external tool loader that allows to safely load the tool or simply check or replace the inserts without machine stops.
The magazine can be equipped with memory chips to transfer tool information from the presetting machine to the machining center.
